Conditions & Warranty
1. Our INKTANK warranty & conditions of service are as follows:

***It is important to remember the Original Printer Warranty will automatically be considered void once the INKTANK is installed.
2. In an event there is a fault with the INKTANK we will provide on-site support up to 3 months after installation (each month no more than 3 visits). If the warranty period has expired or you have exceeded 3 visits and the printer is brought into our workshop there will be no extra charge for repairing (provided no spare parts are needed).
If the printer is faulty other than that arising from the installation of the INKTANK then the costs associated with spare parts and labour rests upon the customer.
After the 3 month warranty period, all costs associated with the printer (parts, chips and labour) rests upon the customer regardless of whether the computer is brought to the workshop or not.
3. For further Troubleshooting, our call center is open from 8am-5pm weekdays on 02-7133500-18, one of our customer service representatives will assist in troubleshooting your printer problems.
